Difference Between PERT and PEX

The raw material of the pipe is non-toxic, and there is no cross-linking in the intelligent manufacturing process. PE-X pipe is a collective term for a series, including PE-Xa, PE-Xb, PE-Xc, etc. The production process requires polyethylene to be crosslinked.
2. Different repair methods: PE-RT can be repaired by hot-melt connection, and the pressure resistance after repair is the same as the original pipeline. The PE-X series pipelines can only be repaired through external pipe clamps
3. The scope of use is different: In addition to floor heating, PE-RT can also be used for drinking water, beverages and other edible fluid production lines, but PE-X pipes are not suitable because they are cross-linked pipes and have certain toxicity.
