Main Features:            

Both the longitudinal movement of the worktable and the transverse feed of the grinding head are driven by hydraulic pressure, with stepless speed regulation, and the transverse feed can also be manually operated.            

Polytetrafluoroethylene plate is pasted on the guide rail of the worktable, which has good wear resistance and long service life.            

The vertical feed motion of machine tool adopts ball screw pair, which has high feed sensitivity. 

The grinding head adopts imported bearings with high rotation accuracy and long service life, and adopts external motor with compact structure, good rigidity of main shaft and high precision.            

The vertical feed of grinding head is manual, equipped with fast lifting mechanism, which can reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.            

The important castings of machine tool are made of high-grade cast iron, and the important parts are treated by secondary stress relief aging.            

The guide rail adopts a V-Flat design with good guidance.
